The Research And Design Of Data Disaster Backup System Oriented To The Tax System

After years of informatization construction of the tax system, the requirements for data and business safety have entered a new stage. The informationized tax work requires the business and data should be as stable and continuous as possible, especially when possible disaster strikes, the recovery of the business and data can be as real-time and reliable as possible.This paper analyzes the theory and technology of data disaster backup in detail combining the development characteristics of tax system and indicates the shortcomings of the current backup system of tax system. Then, against the practical situation, on the basis of system requirements, the present author designed a scheme of data disaster backup system which realized the data backup and recover between the host and backup machine on account of the backup technology based on database.The content contains the following aspects:1.The development status of data disaster backup and related policy in China and introduction of the mainstream data disaster backup scheme and related technology in and out of China.2.A data disaster backup system scheme for the tax system based on database, which includes the function and performance requirement, systematic theory and control mechanism of systematic design.3.The specific design of data disaster backup system for the tax system, which includes module design such as the host agent module, backup agent module, supervisory module,communication module and etc., operational process design, key protocol and interface design and etc.The data disaster backup system has been tested on its function and performance. The test results indicate that the system meets the practical requirements of tax system and is feasible to the function and performance.
