The System Of Skin Cancer Imaging Based On Polarized Light

With the increasingly serious environment,the skin cancer has become one of the common cancers.Early detection and treatment of skin cancer has a high cure rate,but the symptoms of early skin cancer are not very obvious,it is very difficult to detect.Therefore, this article designed the system of skin cancer imaging based on polarized light, providing auxiliary detection for the early skin cancer.In the system of skin cancer imaging based on polarized light,the main design included the optical system of polarization lighting and polarization imaging,the optical mechanical system of beam expander,mirror transmission interface and lens,and image acquisition system,in addition,fusion processing and analyzing multi-polarization parameter images.The result shows that:In the low contrast targets,comparing with the single polarization image,the contrast of multi-polarization fusion images increases more than 35%.This indicates polarized imaging technology and image fusion technology have great advantages in identifying low contrast targets.The difference between early the skin cancer tissue and normal tissue is not obvious in appearance,contrast is very low,therefore polarization imaging technology and image fusion technology has great potential in the early detection of skin cancer.
