The 3D measurement technology, using the technology of structured light scanning and image processing, can transform 2D information into 3D data. The technology of structured light scanning and image processing are used to realize non-contact detection of three dimensional data of target topography. This technique is widely used in reverse design, copying machining, relic conservation and reconstruction of human body structure. This paper combined with the development of domestic and foreign status. On the basis of summarizing the existing results, a fast 3D shape measurement scheme was proposed based on the measurement system of galvanometer scanning structure light camera. A 3D measurement device that achieves measure object with high accuracy, high efficiency, operability and portability was designed in this paper. This paper introduces the general structure and the measuring principle of the three dimensional imaging measurement system. The 3D coordinates of the measured object is deduced by the mathematical modeling of the measurement system. To place the calibration target repeatedly, the system is calibrated according to the position relationship of the device.LabVIEW software is used to control the deflection of the vibrating mirror scanner, to verify the measurement range and the accuracy of the light spot.In the case of different measurement depth, the shape of the object is measured, the cause of the error is analyzed, and the solution is put forward. The experimental result shows that the system meets the expected target and the system is feasible. Meanwhile, to study deeply about the system, it will be extended to other areas and have a good developing prospect.
