Low altitude airspace usually refers to the flight area below 1000 meters.With the rapid development of China's economic construction, the people's living standards have been improved gradually, the private aircraft has entered the public view.Public demand for low altitude airspace is increasing, in the mean while the traffic situation in low altitude airspace is more and more complex.In order to ensure the safety of low altitude aircraft, the surveillance of low altitude aircraft has become an inevitable step in the development of air traffic control.However,our current existting aviation service support system is protect the civil aviation and militart aviation. The low altitude airspace service system is in a low development level due to the strict airspace control policy, such as the communications, navigation, surveillance and other service system, which restricts the development and utilization of low altitude airspace in the mean while. With the reform of low altitude airspace management, the demand for surveillance system of low altitude airspace aircraft arises at the historic moment.In this paper,we design and implemant a low aircraft surveillance system based on the Android platform, combined with the Beidou satellite positioning system,Beidou satellite communication system and Baidu map after the actual demand research. The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1.The significance and application value of the research on the low altitude surveillance system are expounded through the understanding of the present situation of the low altitude surveillance technology in our country.According to the monitoring technology which is widely used in the world, this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of low altitude aircraft surveillance system based on the Beidou Positioning System, Beidou communication system and Android mobile platform.The system consists of three parts: the airborne Beidou terminal, the ground monitor server and the ground mobile terminal. It not only has the characteristics of short construction period and low cost but also can realize the coverage of the whole country.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the ground monitoring server system and the ground Android monitoring system.2.According to the functional requirements of the system, the hardware and software are described in detail. Hardware, including hardware deployment and hardware selection.The software includes the software architecture design, platformselection, business process design, function module design, push technology research and collision avoidance algorithm research.In order to ensure the real-time data of the situation, the system uses the push scheme based on the improved XMPP protocol.Through the establishment of the flight trajectory model of the aircraft, the collision avoidance algorithm is studied, which provides the basic guarantee for the safe flight of the aircraft.3.According to the functional requirements of the system we carry out a detail designment to achieve the ground monitoring server system and mobile terminal monitoring system. Ground monitoring server system based on Java language, using SSI(Spring+Spring MVC+i Batis) framework and My SQL database.Monitoring server complete the analysis and calculation of flight data, and provide REST style interface and push function based on XMPP, according to user nedds. Monitoring terminal based on Android platform, with the real-time communication and the Baidu map API, to achieve the situation of low altitude aircraft surveillance.
