The development of cloud computing has promoted the development of related industries. Science activities as the basic functions of the government which has innovative, interactive and other characteristics. Take the advantage of cloud computing technology and combined with the need of science then build a science cloud platform is the main goal of the paper.Chaoyang District has made great achievements in the past science work. Since the popular of online science activities, it has provide a new way for people to take science activities. Online science activities not only need a unified management platform, science resources service platform also needs. With the development of online activities, cloud-based development platform for science resource are more urgent. On one hand science resource service management platform enables dynamic allocation of hardware and software resources. On the other hand, it can also to help improving the increase resource utilization rate. Chaoyang District, Beijing as an important research and innovation base, its science education activities plays an important role in the community. How to make full use of existing community science resources and provide faster, more convenient service science is an important issue, Chaoyang District, science education is currently facing.The paper with the actual needs of the community service system of science resource-oriented and based on technology of cloud platform. Through the full use of the advantages of cloud technology platform, combined with the need for science resources service system analysis; designed and implemented science Chaoyang District Resource Service System.
