The slide valve assembly is generally a combination of different Hollow shaft parts in a matching rule. The slide valve assembly of the research will be used in aircraft engines, For safety reasons, The measurements and clearance values of the hollow shaft parts are accurated to the extreme position, and the error value of Tolerance Slide valve assembly are the same. The higher the accuracy, the greater the difficulty of matching, It's bound to increase the workload and reducing the production efficiency. In order to solve the problem of the low efficiency by artificially matching, The research is to construct a high-precision matching system of the slide valve assembly by.NET, SQL Server database, the Three-tier architecture model and corresponding matching algorithms to Implementation of the parts to Storage, match, count,book shipment and so on, it's convenient to management and improve the production efficiency.The following is the main content of this paper:First, The paper carries on the detailed demand analysis to the matching system. Based on the idea of the three-tier structure, the matching system is divided into the presentation layer, business logic and data access layer, and the matching system has been designed for the overall system. The overall design of the system includes the basic requirements, functional design and database design.Secondly, the paper gives a detailed study of the slide valve assembly process planning,according to the rules of the process planning to design the matching algorithm to meet the requirements. In addition, in order to obtain the optimal assembly combination of the slide valve assembly, This paper also presents a matching method based on the network flow programming, a method to solve the maximum flow in networks use to solve the problem of matching the slide valve assembly, The advantages and feasibility of the method are verified by the matching system,which improves the matching efficiency, and makes the number of the parts not suitable for the least.Again, the paper studies and discuss the overall design of the matching system, using Microsoft SQL server and the corresponding database technology to design a safe and reliable database as a back-end data source of the system. We use the Winform and ADO.NET technology to achieve a user interface, and build an efficient and safe connection to access back-end database.In terms of the function realization, the system includes basic information maintenance, inventory management, matching management, and matching data statisticsFinally, the feasibility and efficiency of the system are verified by the measured data of a factory, and the functions of the system are supplemented and improved according to the following user needs.
