Automatic guided vehicle(AGV) is an automation equipment integrated of mechanical, electronic, control, computer, artificial intelligence and other technologies. Due to the ability to achieve unmanned and the characteristics of good flexibility, high degree of automation, AGV has been widely used in the field of warehousing and logistics and heavy industry. Using AGV can not only reduce labor cost, improve the work efficiency and the enterprise's management level, and it also can work in many working condition not suitable for human or humans can not work in.Based on project requirements, this paper analyzes and uses the most advanced laser guidance as a guide mode of AGV, and actualizes a laser guided AGV without reflector panel, the omnidirectional mobile mechanism can realize the plane in any direction of mobile by using Mecanum wheel of the four wheel independent drive omnidirectional mobile platform, the control system of the AGV are realized by the IEC61131-3 standard programming language, and results meet the expected indexes through the experiment.Firstly, the overall design scheme is introduced, system composition of the AGV and laser navigation principle are fully discussed. Finishing mechanism selection, The opensource software of Beremiz is selected as the motion control program development environment. Secondly The kinematics analysis to the Mecanum wheel four-wheel independent drive car provides theoretical basis for the realization of the AGV's omnidirectional mobile. Several control schemes are designed based on the IEC61131-3 standard programming language, and the communication schemes based on Qtouch configuration software between the car and the turntable system is realized. Finally, the feasibility of the control scheme is verified by experiments.
