Interface Design And Develop Of LED Chip Resorter Software System

LED chip resort is a very important part of the LED industry chain,And software system of LED chip resort equipment has an great influence on chip sorting process. The LED resort machine is made up of master computer and lower computer. This paper's object is to improve the performance of software system, normalize the communication between the upper and lower computer. Through the analysis and research of the software system, this paper aim at designing a software interface in view of the system. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the basic composition of the machine and work flow of the resort process is analyzed. Then, in view of the structure of the software system, put forward the demand of the interface of the software system. And according to the requirement of the software quality, put forward the performance indicators of the system's software interface. On the basis of the interface-oriented,according to the module classification,through the separation of the interface and implementation and isolation the client class and implementation class,propose the scheme about the interface of the control system.According to the demand of the interface design, from the aspects of time consuming operation, exception handing and the constraint of creating object, put forward the key technology of the interface design. Having analyzed the operation to device of the control system in detail, in view of the demand of the operation to device, combining with the analysis of the use case, the device operation interface is proposed.Having analyzed the process of LED chip resort in upper and lower computer, and describing the interaction between the upper and lower computer system in detail, the complete use cases of the interface of the software system's business are acquired. From the point of easily using and maintenance, combined with the key technology of the interface design, the business interface module of the control system is built. And according to the model, implementing the software interface.From the aspects of function, efficiency, reuse, maintenance and extension of the interface, test the interface of the software system in the round. Through contrasting the current software system, the interface design of the control system, satisfying the basic operation of the system, and improving the quality of the software system of LED chip resort, which lays a positive foundation for LED chip resort.
