With increased demand for the game, the Mobile Game market is also facing enormous challenges. Firstly, the promotion competition of the Mobile Game is fierce. Secondly, most Heavyweight Mobile Games have poor experience. Thirdly, it will take a long time to develop the App on computer. However, with the help of cross-platform operations for Mobile Game, PC users can enjoy the fun of Mobile Game, and have the same experience as Client Game. Meanwhile, developers can save a lot of money on developing and advertising. Based on market demand, the project team decided to develop an Android App client platform: Mobile Game tribes. It collects lots of popular Apps. Besides, local App can be imported into the platform, and users can totally enjoy the Android App on computer.I chose the C ++ together with Java as programming language, Open GL as graphics tools, and import COM component, to assist JS and XML to accomplish the control of front page. Then I make a three-tier structure and make Android Terminal Emulator to be a base support. By connecting the interface and functions, Android App can work very well. Since Mobile Game tribes can only work after downloading, so all data will be stored under a specific directory as documents. In addition, I achieve some common functions to increase the system expandability.This paper mainly includes four modules. Mobile Game tribal management include Mobile Game tribe downloading, installation, updating and uninstallation. Downloaded games modules include Local App importing, the game installation, startup, updating, file management, the details setting of the game experience and request for help. Game Center modules include: game loading, classification, details of access, downloading, status updates, and so on. Environmental testing module is used to do necessary detection and repair of operating en vironment depending on different user situation, such as memory checks, updates for necessary components and so on, also handle the searching of topical issues. In addition, the server needs to statistical data, including App downloads, online user number. After the completion of the system, the functions of the system have been tested, the results are in line with expectations and meet the system requirements.
