There are significantly differences between TD-LTE networks and GSM networks in the basic principles, key technologies, band selection and planning methods. How to plan TD-LTE network rationally, strong guidanse TD-LTE network constructions and network resources effectively accurate delivery have become a hotly and difficult problem. In this thesis, based on the TD-LTE networks planning of one area, through collecting the network data of existing GSM and TD-SCDMA, using simulation software to generate density map of data traffic.Then analyzing the density map to find out high traffic area, and choosing TD-LTE network planning area, making TD-LTE network can be accurately positioned in carrying data traffic. Meanwhile, in connectionwith the TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA system will base the construction of the system, we will pre-planned analysis these TD-SCDMA MR data and find out the weak coverage and overlaping coverage areas, at the same time, the base stations that cant't be used and can be used after adjusted are achieved, so the potential problems can be solved at the beginning of the planning. In order to simulate network better, it is necessary to correct 2.6GHz frequencys band, this paper presents a model calibration in site and route selection, process calibration data, and draw the distinction scene 2.6GHz calibrations result, this use of the correction result simulation TD-LTE planning area, describes the parameters set, MSC level setting and other content, and the use of scientific methods to solve optimization process simulation downlink rate found in the problem of low, obtain simulations results. Finally, this test results are given TD-LTE network construction in the region after verification planning methods, procedures and planning accuracy conclusions show that the planning method can guide the constructions of TD-LTE networks planning.
