Heart disease as one of the diseases serious harm to human health, has received widespread attention of people. In terms of the practical application, examination and diagnosis of heart disease are often through detection of ECG signal, and therefore electrocardiographs or ECG monitoring instrument has become a regular hospital equipment. Current medical professional ECG monitor or monitor while detecting data accurately, the function is perfect, but the price is expensive, the use of personnel's professional and technical demand is high, not suitable for family use.Demand for the above problem, this paper on the basis of the ECG signal related physiological basis, put forward design a home portable electrocardiographs based on Android system, in order to meet the family use, also can be combined with mobile medical treatment, has the broad market application prospect.The equipment is mainly including hardware circuit and the Android application software of two parts. On hardware design for a portable, low power consumption as the ultimate goal, the high level of integration, peripheral circuit, low power consumption of the chip, including ECG acquisition AD8232, MSP430F5529 master control chip and power supply chip TP4056 and LP2985-3.3, make the instrument circuit structure is simple, stable performance, more small volume, convenient to carry. This paper expounds the design principle of hardware circuit module and implementation method, and design the PCB material.In the aspect of software design, this paper first introduces the controlled by SCM ECG signal acquisition, processing, and through data from the bluetooth module will be sent to the Android device firmware program design, the program mainly includes: hardware system, anti-fuzzy initial program, ECG signal acquisition and processing subprogram and bluetooth module and data interaction subroutine, etc.; Secondly, this paper introduces the Android applications based on Java language writing, the main contents include user login, scanning and connection of bluetooth devices, ECG and heart rate display, and ECG data preservation. At the same time the algorithm used in the simulation of the design verification.After the completion of the instrument design and production, through the experiment of every hardware circuit module of the instrument commissioning and validation. To human body and the validation check is made on the machine, the actual ecg signal acquisition test, through electrocardiogram(ECG) is shown on the Android tablets and mobile phones, and calculate the heart rate value.Debugging is completed, according to the relevant standards and manuals for ecg acquisition circuit chip parameters for performance test, the test results show that the circuit can satisfy the ECG signal acquisition. And tested on the system power consumption, basically achieve the goal of low power consumption. Finally compared with the standard monitor, the design can do care about electrical signal data acquisition and display.Finished the design principle of the model prototype, has small volume, good portability and low power consumption characteristics, such as for Home portable ECG detector core practical product design provides the design of a portable and low power consumption.
