Where the electric industry is concerned,the quality management of goods and materials plays decisive role in enterprise quality management,in other words,the quality of the goods and materials decides the smoothly operation of the company.Many electric industries conduct the managing work with a multitude of receipts on spot at current days,and then all information would be recorded into computer after spot operation,finally forms for reporting statistics would be on form and waiting for examining by supervisors.Such a practice wastes a lot of resources including human intellectuals and financial aspect,moreover,it cannot meet the needs of management in the field of accuracy and effectiveness.On the other hand,easy to leave out,overwhelming man-made errors are all the characteristics of the method.All in all,it decreases the effectiveness and managing standard of the company.In order to enhance and boost the efficiency and standard of quality management of goods and materials on the spot,the dissertation proposes a system of quality management of goods and materials on the spot which is grounded on PDA.The paper firstly introduces the optimized transaction procedures on the basis of previous work though examination on the spot,subscribers interview and procedure carding.And then from designing perspective,the needs analysis is conducted in both functional and non-functional aspect in a comprehensive manner on this system,furthermore,the framework designing,function designing,key-point designing and database designing are illustrated in a detailed way.For the developing and designing part,the system adopts Windows Mobile as the platform of mobile terminator,takes.NET Compact Framework as the embryonic form of PDA,and regards SQLite as the reserving medium of PDA data.Through Web Service technology,PDA mobile terminator realized the interconnection of backstage management system database.At the same time,paper also mentions how to utilize barcode scanning tech and GPS tech to heighten the worker's effectiveness on the spot and raising supervision toward them so as to achieve the electronization,informationization and standardization of quality management of goods and materials on the spot.At last,paper accomplishes the choice that suitable for the PDA mobile terminator of the system,and realization of final progeny is displayed and testing condition is discussed in the paper.As a matter of fact,the system of quality management of goods and materials on the basis of PDA has put into practice,it exemplifies the practical function and effectiveness of the subject.It is clear that the data conducted from the spot could transmit to the supervisors immediately and form the strong data support for the quality analysis and optimizing mechanical for supplier choosing.At the same time,it could provide foundation for supervising the suppliers to improve their quality of product and service standard.Most importantly,it dances close rhythm to improvement of efficiency of enterprise and save of purchasing cost.
