In the rapid development of wireless Internet and the widely used smart phone operate system, Android and IOS, the service based on LBS (Location Based Service) is also applied more and more widely, and has permeated into every aspect of people's life. Meanwhile, traditional methods of positioning generally acquire GPS signal and base station information. Though traditional positioning methods meets the most parts of positioning request, when indoor environment, traditional methods cannot get ideal results. This paper mainly research and introduce a new way using smart phones which are installed Indoor Positioning and Navigation Applications to realize LBS service. According to the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module signals acquired from Android smartphone device and the variety API (Application Programming Interface) of smart operate system, programmers could handle Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and other hardware information more easily. Based on the relationship between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signal strength with the testing location, location figure print database can been established. By the way, Android device could communicate with remote sever through 2g/3g/4g and Wi-Fi. Remote server uses socket protocol transmitting data to client device and calculates the received data and sends the positioning results back to the mobile terminals. Eventually, the mobile terminal will automatically display positioning results on graphical interface.
