As people pay more attention to Location Based Service(LBS),the application of LBS has been rapidly developed.With the low power consumption and the support of smart mobile devices,Bluetooth Low Energy technology has gradually become a popular research spot in the field of indoor positioning.This paper mainly studied the indoor positioning algorithms,which combined with RSSI propagation model.Based on Bluetooth beacons and Android operating system,an indoor positioning system has been developed and tested.The details are as follows:1)The paper introduced the current research status of indoor positioning technology over the world,compared the advantages and disadvantages of different indoor positioning technology,and also introduced the commonly used indoor positioning technology mathematical model and algorithms.Based on the positioning requirements of the research project,the design scheme of indoor positioning system based on RSSI of Bluetooth Low Energy is determined.2)An experimental platform for researching RSSI propagation characteristics was established by using the Bluetooth beacons and the application of Bluetooth signal acquisition.Through this experimental platform,the paper designed an experiment of collecting the RSSI value of Bluetooth signal.Based on analyzing the relationship of the RSSI value and the distance between the receiver and the transmitter,a suitable RSSI propagation model was established.3)According to the existing problems of the weighted centroid trilateral localization algorithm,an adaptive trilateral localization algorithm,which based on distance weighted adjustment was proposed.Combined with RSSI propagation model,the performance of the indoor positioning algorithm was analyzed and evaluated.Simulation results showed that the indoor positioning algorithm could achieve a relatively high positioning accuracy within 1.0m and had great feasibility and universality.4)With the proposed design scheme and the improved indoor positioning algorithm,the paper designed and developed the application based on Android mobile phone client,which was successfully realized the indoor positioning system based on Bluetooth Low Energy.The application of the mobile phone client in the actual indoor environment shows that the Bluetooth positioning system is stable and can accurately obtain the user's location information.Through the use of the application in the actual indoor environment,it verified that the Bluetooth indoor positioning system was stable and could accurately obtain the user's location information.
