At present wireless communication technology develops rapidly in the world. Wireless communication applies to not only the traditional common data link communications, but also the high-speed wireless transmission. In the field of voice and video images transmission, high quality and high definition are especially required. In some special applications, sometimes wired communication cannot satisfy requirements, therefore the position of wireless transmission becomes more importantly. In terms of the security of wireless transmission, the concept of frequency hopping wireless communications is proposed.In this paper, the solution of voice and data transfer is designed aiming at the actual voice and data applications, and it is implemented in hardware and software. Voice processing uses the AMBE-1000 vocoder, which has built-in separate codec channel to complete voice coding and decoding by the same chip. The control core uses ATMEGA-162 microcontroller, which controls the effective work of vocoder, and takes charge of collecting and handling 232 serial data. In the meanwhile, the microcontroller controls each peripheral transmission interface. The hardware platform is completed, on which a complete application software program is developed. The microcontroller collects 232 serial data voice data encoded by the vocoder, and the two sets of data will be integrated into a set of data frames, then another group of serial transmission achieves effective integration of data and voice and real-time transmission. At the same time based on Renesas' MCU R5F562N8 and Nordic nRF24L01 RF transceiver chip, wireless frequency hopping radio hardware platform is designed and developed. The radio station passes hardware detection and post-verification of software, and realizes a stable two-way point-hopping transmission. Now that the hardware and software design of voice frequency hopping is completed, and it proves to be successful through actual verification and test.Besides, in order to achieve wireless transmission of vedio, the theories of vedio image compression codec and modulation scheme are analyzed. Based on Fujitsu video codecs MB86H46 and ITE's integrated modulation chip IT9517, and using ARM as the main control core, a set of wireless image transmission scheme is developed, and the hardware platform of codec and modulation system is designed and developed.
