Chromatography analysis is one kind of analysis widely used in chemical and biological fields. It uses the force difference between the stationary phase and the mobile phase acting on different substances. Each component experiences multiple equilibrium when the stationary phase and the mobile phase do relative movement. Substances will eventually be separated in this effect.Chromatography analysis software combines the computer technology and the chromatography equipment. It uses the computer software technology to control chromatography equipment effectively and process the chromatography signals acquired from chromatography equipment. Because of the high speed, accuracy and logic judgment, it can improve the accuracy of chromatography analysis, and it can also control the device more conveniently. Chromatography analysis software moves the chromatography application to a higher level.The main focus of this paper is to apply Web technology to the field of chromatography analysis, using Browser/Server technology. With the browser's platform independence, easy maintenance and other advantages, customers complete the chromatography equipment operation, including equipment management, equipment configuration, data acquisition and data processing etc. Customers can also realize remote operation, monitoring and maintenance of the chromatographic equipment through the LAN and WAN.This paper firstly describes the background of the subject and the current researches on the chromatography technology at homeland and abroad. Based on the analysis of the working principle of chromatography analysis and careful analysis of the system's requirements, a set of chromatography analysis platform system was designed. It has the following functions:user module, system log module, chromatography equipment control module, data acquisition and spectrum display module, spectral data processing module etc. The work of this paper includes building a functional Web server, including Web page design (providing a friendly interface to facilitate user's operation), and Web background development (responsible for data collection, data processing). The front-end and back-end of Web server is also optimized. Based on the server, the development of the system core function modules is completed. The processing algorithm of chromatography data is designed. Through the comparison of various filtering algorithms, spectral peak recognition algorithms, and combination with the actual situation of this study, ultimately the appropriate algorithms for this system are determined. According to the communication protocol provided by the lower machines, secondary development of them is completed, including the effective control, monitoring and maintenance, etc.In the end, test of the chromatography analysis platform which is designed for this study is needed to verify the feasibility of the system, including the test of each function module of the software, the test of the accuracy of the chromatography qualitative and quantitative analysis result, and the test of the stability and reliability of the software.
