With the threat of international terrorist organizations in recent years, the threat to the security of the world continues to upgrade, the requirements for the safety inspection of public places are getting higher and higher at home and abroad, X-ray security inspection machine is widely used in all important security public places as the most widely used safety inspection equipment. But it's not enough to just rely on security checks to detect contraband, security personnel to identify the risk of contraband is also an important part of improving the efficiency of security equipment work.TIP function module is a contraband image injection function module, random image in the reality of the package into the image, mainly used for training security personnel identification of contraband, it is the most effective way to improve the identification ability of security personnel. Improve the injection effect of contraband image will directly affect the training efficiency of TIP function module and it has great value and significance.In this thesis, we mainly use the realization model of two kinds of contraband. The first is the ideal dual energy ray source model, this method is based on the assumption that the ray source is the premise of the two ideal single energy rays. The second one is the practical multi energy source model, this method considers the actual situation of the X-ray source with a certain energy spectrum width and it was modified and improved for the first method. The experimental results of the two methods are analyzed and discussed and determine an optimal injection method.Firstly, the injection situation of contraband in the ideal dual energy model is discussed. The data collected by the detector is preprocessed to eliminate some unnecessary noise. Then, the preprocessed package and contraband were fused to achieve the insertion of contraband data. Finally, the high and low energy data fusion and Image classification and coloring, display image in pseudo color.As a result of the use of security equipment is a multi ray source, the beam hardening effect produced by the multi energy ray source is not considered in the ideal dual energy model. The ray hardening effect of the multi energy rays is corrected and the data fusion of the package and the contraband is realized by the corrected image reconstruction coefficient. The package and contraband were fused to achieve the insertion of contraband data. The experimental results of the two methods are compared and the final experimental results show that the multi ray model can solve the error caused by the ideal dual energy model, fusion image quality is very good.
