At first, paper introduces the system design architecture. Then this paper describes the designing and realization of the database that the platform based on. Next, from server-side and client-side, the paper make a detailed introduction to the whole system. At last, the paper describes how tests on this system run. The main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and meaning of the project, development in domestic and foreign, and describes the paper structure in detail.The second chapter mainly introduces the overall design of That Platform of Technical Trading and Services Information of JiangSu, and describes in detail for the selection of several key schemes. The third chapter mainly introduces the system database design, database accessing, and focuses on the application of the database query operation of dividing data into pages. The fourth and the fifth chapter introduce the server-side and client-side design of each subsystem, which fully describe the key technical solution in the platform like caching system, realtime-communication and so on. The last chapter mainly introduces the test and the overall operation of the various modules of the system.The system is almost done and now is running in the lab environment.
