As a common disease of the circulatory system, Heart disease disturbs people's nomal life seriously. Since this century, with the deepening of the aging population of our country, people's demand for ECG monitoring is also increasing. As a part of monitoring equipment, ECG detection system plays an important role in ECG monitoring,whose accuracy of the data will directly affect the judgment about the illness and subsequent treatment. In short, ECG detection system has a certain practicality and application prospect.After analyzing the research status and feasibility, this paper designs a wireless ECG detection terminal based on WiFi network, which is mobile portable and has the characteristic of independent networking. Taking the demand into consideration, Paper builds the ECG detection hardware platform based on ADS 1298 analog front end. When cooperates with the collaborative software system, it realizes the ECG data acquisition, processing and transmission, and supports online firmware upgrade via the reserved interface. By using Mxchip library functions on the WiFi module for secondary development, system realizes the networking abilities:a) System can be used as a hot spot, which transmits ECG data to the intelligent terminals.b) System can be used as a proxy, through which intelligent terminals may make access to the upper network. On this basis, the Paper focuses on how to optimize RF interference of WiFi network, in order to improve the transmission performance of the system. Through in-depth analysis of the mechanism of the phenomenon, the paper proposes three optimization methods:a)adjust the channel; b) increase the signal strength; c) improve the channel listening frequency. When design is completed, paper test the system and the test results show that:System's input impedance is 10.8 M?,amplitude frequency characteristics is from 0.05 Hz to 250 Hz,polarization resistance voltage isą500 mV,time constant is more than 3.2 S and its common mode rejection ratio is 92 dB,which all meet the standard of medical design.
