Object: On the basis of the "support- confidence" mining model of traditional association rules,we introduce the correlation measure Kulc and IR parameters to optimize the accuracy of mining results;Contrast and analysis the mining results before and after the optimization,and then confirm the introduction of the new parameters can get a more in-depth and effective compatibility law;The results we mined can be used in the clinical teaching of modern Chinese Medicine,theoretical research and application platforms of traditional Chinese Medicine which are combined with the big data and the Internet plus.Methods: Establish a SQL Server database for the research hotspots apoplexy record information of current traditional Chinese medicine research,then analysis it's prescription compatibility law by Apriori algorithm;Write a program by Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,introduce the correlation measure Kulc and IR parameters to avoid the appearance of "pseudo strong rules",and make sure that the rules are really effective;Analysis the optimization mining results through the Chinese medicine theory, and determine compatibility law.Results:Obtain the law of compatibility of prescriptions of apoplexy before and after optimization through Apriori algorithm and the new parameters Kulc and IR; contrast the mining results before and after improvement to find out that it can really filter out many correlations which are not strong combination of drugs after optimization and get the true meaning of the drug in the drug group;Analysis the optimization mining results through the Chinese medicine theory, the analysis results show that the drugs we mined really havebetter effect when they are compatibly used in the treatment of apoplexy,these research results provide data support and theoretical basis for modern Chinese medicine treatment of apoplexy disease.Conclusion:By introducing the Kulc and IR parameters, the compatibility rules can really be filtered,and it can improve the accuracy of mining and obtain the law of compatibility of modern Chinese medicine treatment of apoplexy; The new method can also be applied to the diagnosis and treatment of other diseases, especially the diseases which are not completely clear. It can provide theoretical support and teaching guidance for the study and clinical study of TCM theory.
