With the fast development of technology,the requirements of real-time and high-speed in three-dimensional measurement are increasing.At present,highspeed and real-time three-dimensional measurement technology of computer image processing technology and multi-core multi-threaded system has been rapid development.In order to accelerate the processing speed of the threedimensional measurement data,a accelerated acquisition system of dimensional data based on multi-DSP has been established in order to complete the threedimensional data measurement in real-time.Firstly,TI's Davinci processor TMS320DM6446 was selected to process three-dimensional measurement data.Then a three-dimenional measurement system was built to acquire the three-dimensional data.According to the system design requirements,conducted a multi-DSP system of three-dimensional measurement.Select the TMS320DM6446 as the main processor mainly used for three-dimensional measurements of the image preprocessing.Select the TMS320DM642 processor as the slave processor for three-dimensional data's acceleration acquisition.Exploded the main DSP's task and designed the extension way of the slave DSP.For multi-DSP processing system,designed the power module,image acquisition module and data storage module.In the three-dimensional measurement system of muiti-DSP,firstly analyzed the multi-DSP parallel processing ways,secondly,designed a single slave DSP data processing ways and acquired the three-dimensional data and recorded the system time.Since the system time did not meet the requirement of the system,designed four slave DSP of multi-DSP processing system for three-dimensional data acquisition.In the process of parallel data processing,parallel dataprocessing in a pipelined parallel data model.Calibrated the three-dimensional measurement system,evaluated and analyzed the measurement results of the system.The maximum speedup of system is 4 in theory.However,in the actual operation of the system,DSP has a lot of work must be performed in series,so the speedup is lower than 4.
