The evaluation of forest landscape resources is of great significance to the research and evaluation of China's forestry resources. The accurate estimate of forest landscape resources can improve the efficiency of the comprehensive survey of forestry resources and ensure the sustainable development of the forestry resources. China is vast in territory and has a great variety of forestry resources. The evaluation standards of forest landscape resources could be a basis of grading and estimating the wide range of forest landscape and the vast woodland database, which can constantly improve the forestry resources management system and promote the sustainable development of forest tourism and eco-tourism.In this research, according to the data of forestry resources, the author put forward an evaluation standard of forest landscape resources which can be applied to woodlands all over the country and forest parks of all levels. This paper is based on satellite images of the China's Woodland database (commonly known as the national forest "map"), and forest landscape resource attribute data and spatial data, including aerial photographs, DEM data, woodland pattern boundaries, basic geographic information, forest thematic map and so on. With observation of four woodland types: arbor forest, bamboo forest, shrub forest and mangrove forest, the author put forward a method of forest landscape resources quality evaluation which is based on the data of forest scenic resources canopy coverage (coverage), topography, slope and age group, average diameter at breast height, dominant species, origin, per hectare trees and etc. The case study is implemented in Shennong Valley National Forest Park which is located in Yanling County. On basis of available data of forest resources sub compartment factor and adoption ofthe classification of forest resources, the codes of forest types and the forest landscape resources evaluation standard, this paper investigated and rated forest resources of Shennong Valley National Forest Park by using the Geographic Information System (GIS). According to the resource quality of arbor forest, bamboo forest, shrub forest and the overall forest resources, the forest resources could be divided into four levels:level 1, level 2, level 3, level below 3.. This study showed that the forest landscape resources in Shennong Valley National Forest Park are mainlyat level 2, among which the bamboo forest resources present the most stable quality. To test the feasibility, the author used Unipolar eeg acquisition equipment which is also named as Mindwave brain wave tester to conduct the experiment 5 times in Shennong Valley National Forest Park. Wearing the Mindwave brain wave tester, the subjects walked through the longest tourism path (with only forest landscape resources at level 2,3,and coexistence of that at level 2 and 3) just as normal tourist, and then the initial data collected by Mindwave brain wave tester and recorded by mobile phone was saved in computer in txt form. After gathering the 6858 valid attention value provided by each experimenter, the data then was imported to the SPSS20.0 analysis software, and later the result came out. Parameter 60 of eSenseTM, which most clearly and accurately presenting the experiment result, was chosen to verify the scientificity of the forest landscape resources evaluation standard. After analyzing the result, we found that attention value of resource atlevel 3 is the lowest, that of coexistance of resources at level 2 and 3 is in the middle and that of resources at level 2 is the highest, which is in accordance with the forest landscape resources grade standard. The result proved that this grade standard is feasible.
