| To solve the deficiencies of low accuracy and slow inflation velocity lies in traditional constant pressure controller,a inflation system controlled by solenoid valve and electrical proportional valve with FC-PID control strategy has been carried out.The system takes large and small inlet pipes to build a multi-channel inflation pattern.The large pipes help to improve the inflation speed while the small pipe controlled by proportional valve with FC-PID control strategy focus on improve the accuracy.While designing a inflation system before put into application,need considering the pipe diameter,length and pipe numbers’ influence on inflation speed according to production rhythm.Establish the mathematical model of Flow characteristics to solenoid valve,proportional valve and the entire electrical system in AMEsim to find out how factors affect the inflation speed and accuracy,study the factors among diameter,number of pipes,air pressure.speed and length of the pipe.Design the control strategy of three-channel inflation.The big pipe channels with solenoid valve and one small pipe channel on proportional valve with FC-PID control.Set with the pressure goal,while the pressure in container lower than the goal,keep the three channels open,while the pressure gap is in 10%,close down the two big channels and change the small channel control method from proportion to FC control until the gap keeps in 5%,then,change to PI control.Adapting this method,the pressure can be regulate in high speed and stable state.Designed the channel control strategy and choose relative elements according to the design method.Before the experiment,verify the overall tightness of the multi-channel inflation system.Compared with the mathematical model and simulation curve for the specified container,shorter the inflatable pipe length,larger of the diameter,more parallel pipelines,shorter the inflation time is.The higher target inflation pressure,more obvious the pipe length affects the inflation time.The experiments results verified the correct of mathematical model.Experiments results shows the improved performance both in inflation speed and accuracy while adapting proportion-FC-PI control strategy. |
