Due to the rapid social development, air pollution is becoming a hot spot of attention, real-time know quality of the air, to become an important part of modern life. This article mainly research is closely related to People's Daily life of air testing equipment, air detector made of not only the operation is simple, low cost, long life cycle, and the function is very rich. The air PM2.5, air pollution index, temperature and humidity data, through a serial port, bluetooth, WIFI sent to the client, users can timely grasp the air quality.According to user requirements designed a multi-functional air monitoring system, this system is divided into hardware modules, and mobile phone APP client. This article mainly studies the hardware schematic diagram and sensors of the underlying software design, hardware part using microchip company Picl8f66j94 single-chip microcomputer as main control part of the whole system, all kinds of sensor collected data through single chip microcomputer processing can via a serial port, bluetooth, wifi carry three ways to mobile phones or computers.This article first to the temperature and humidity sensors, PM2.5 sensors, air quality sensor, the human body infrared sensor and bluetooth and WIFi selection. On this basis, according to the characters of the data interface completed the system design scheme of air detector which based on PIC single chip microcomputer, completed the air detector hardware circuit schematic diagram, PCB design and circuit board welding and debugging, described the principle of each module in detail, and listed the matrer when using Allegro software for PCB layout wiring should pay attention to. This article also completed the design of control software of air detector, the control software is given by MPLAB tools to achieve the temperature and humidity, PM2.5, air quality sensor underlying driver software program writing. In the end, this design can read temperature and humidity, PM2.5, air quality, human body infrared sense data, and through a serial port, WIFI, bluetooth for data transmission. The test show that the design of air detector system can normal and stable work, and lower cost, simple operation.
