The 36 times China Internet development statistics report of CNNIC(China Internet Network Information Center) shows that as of June 2015, the number of Internet users in China has reached 6.68 billion, of which in smart phone terminals to access the mobile Internet users reached 594 million, Internet video users reached 4.5million people, according to i Research data show, March 2014, China's online video mobile client user scale has reached 2.16 billion, compared with an increase of 110% in January 2013, AI media consulting data show that as of the end of the second quarter of2015, mobile video users continues to grow, the scale has reached 3.6 800 million.With the development of network environment and the popularization of mobile intelligent terminal,Characteristics of mobile video client like easily to get and readily available greatly meet the users` habits that tend to watch video fragmented, cause the video mobile client develop rapidly. Traditional TV act as the new media video platform`s content providers, while at the same time gets continuous impact from the new media video platform, traditional TV began to counterattack, take the initiative to strengthen the integration with the new media, launched their own exclusive mobile client. But TV media mobile client started late, some problems emerged during the development process, this paper take the mango TV mobile phone client for example to analysis and research, analyses its content structure and business operations, and finally put forward some related optimization suggestions for the problems in the operation process.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, literature review, significance, research methods;the second part introduces the concept definition of TV media mobile client, and the development status and vigorous growth factors are analyzed; the third part deeply analyses the mango TV mobile client content resources; the fourth part analyzes the mango TV mobile client's business operation, including the operation mode of Internet companies, advertising operations,content operations,cooperation operation; the fifth part aiming at solving the problems which emerged during the operation of mango TV mobile client,and proposed some suggestions on how to optimize.
