Manage system of police transportation can be completed by information, but the structure of the system is out-of-date, the implements work alone, that make it hard to manage all the statistics in several department. Also, the old system is not safe when facing the newest hacking technology. It is a necessary to build a safety in data, efficient in operation, friendly in UI and highly compatible system.Based in the big data and high quality of transportation system, we did some research in the need of this system, investigated the special principle and command of police department, build the system under the B/S structure. We use the browser as a logical user interface, and do basic functions, such as data reading, at server. In the article, we use the classical structure of three layer, and C# to build the system, and use WPF to make the UI, combining the UI friendly and algorithm efficiently together, making a stable, efficient, changeable and friendly system.Manage system of policy transportation data in the essay is a compatible system of the data base, the system can perform the basic function of a data base, which are add, delete, search and modify. All data storage format and the implements to use have a unique protocol, making it easier for other department to use it. It can improve the service level and service efficient, that means a lot for a manage system.. The system design in this essay basically fulfilled the transportation information business and merged some part of the transportation data of government, improved the digital management level of policy transportation system. This essay contribute a lot to further study of transportation information manage system.
