As a renewable and clean energy source, biogas plays a key role in solving the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas. Although the rural household biogas project is in the continuous expansion and improvement, the actual utilization rate of household biogas digester is low and more than half of the biogas digester is in idlestate. Therefore, in order to raise the actual utilization rate of household biogas digester, this paper studies the measures and methods to solve the problem of household biogas reuse.Firstly, this paper constructs the fault tree of household biogas digester by using the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) method and makes the qualitative and quantitative analysis. We find biogas digester fault, competitiveness of alternative energy, biogas service cooperation, biogas professional technicians and biogas slurry pollution are main failure factors. Secondly, based on the modern farming system theory and the circular agriculture theory, we put forward a BHMC model, which is a combination model of breeding and household biogas digester and biogas professional technicians and biogas service cooperation, to taking control measures to the main failure factors. Meanwhile, using system dynamic basic mode analysis, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the SHMC model in solving the problem of household biogas reuse by comparing the different basic modes. Finally, this paper builds a SD simulation model of the SHMC model and simulates situations. The simulation results show: by the end of 2030, the utilization number of household biogas and biogas production will increase by nearly 1.3 times and 1.6 times respectively; biogas digester and scale breeding profits will raise 1.6 times and 5 times; the amount of biogas emission and the noconsumption amount of pig manure in household biogas digester will decrease by nearly 60% and 37% respectively. Furthermore, this paper uses the SD model to simulate situations when the technical efficiency and the follow-up service efficiency are 50% and 80%. By comparing the two different simulation conditions, we study the changes of the utilization number of household biogas, the raw material gap inhibitory factor and the pollution inhibitory factor, then prove the necessity of improving the technical efficiency and the follow-up service efficiency.Through the research all above,this paper proves the scientific and effectiveness of the SHMC model in solving the problem of household biogas reuse. Besides, this paper also provides the policy-making basis for increasing technical training, enhancing the stability of the professional technician team and expanding the investment efforts of biogas service cooperatives.
