Enter the 4G era, the rapid development of a variety of voice and video, high-speed data services, leading to IP traffic also follow its rapid growth, and thus the backbone transmission network put forward higher requirements.with the rapid development of optical communication, a large number of 100 Gbps high-speed long-haul optical transmission system, 100 Gbps metropolitan area optical transmission systems as well as high-speed 200 G high-speed metropolitan area optical transmission systems will be used for commercial, but the difficulty to achieve high-speed fibre-optical communication lies in which the DSP technology.In the high-speed fibre-optical communication system transmission process, the signal during transmission interference mainly by the following reasons: the first, photoelectric conversion, electro-optical conversion, optical modems for analog signals injury; the second, the frequency offset between LO source and transmitting optical carrier and the phase noise; the third, the effect of optical filber chromatic dispersion;the fourth, the crosstalk between two polarization states.The DSP preprocess system as the DSP chip receiver's first level, focus on resolving the DC, four-channel delay out of alignment, and IQ imbalance caused by analog devices such as optical-electro conversion, electro-optical and optical modem. And in order to control the front stage of the amplifier, makes the ADC works at the best, the system aslo calculate the AGC value for the amplifier.In order to solve the above problems, the development of the DC module for inverse signal and remove the DC vlaue, the SKW module for signal delay adjustment, the TRACK module for dynamic delay calculation, the IQB module for IQ imbalance adjustment, the AGC module is used to calculate the power gain and power loss alarm's calculation.This article for the DSP preprocess system, from algorithm, hardware, and verification the three angles, detailed described and summarized the author's work in the preprocess system, and prospected the future work in the last of this paper.All in all, the next few years, fiber optic communications industry will usher in an unprecedented development, a lot of 100 Gbps transmission product with the DSP technology will successfully enter the market to market, servce the majority of users.
