Gyroscope is the indispensable measurement device in the inertial navigation system. The accuracy and speed of data acquisition system will directly affects the performance of the inertial navigation. The higher precision of data acquisition system is required, with the gyroscope higher measurement requirements in modern high-precision inertial navigation system.In this thesis, in order to collect the gyro sensor output signal, a multi-channel synchronous data acquisition module based on FPGA is designed. The main research contents could be stated as follows:(1) According to the market research, the EP2C15AF256I6 chip of Altera Corporation Cyclone II series and Burr-Brown's ADS1210 chip are selected. According to the design requirements, the overall design scheme of data acquisition module is presented. The data that obtained from multiple ADS1210 simultaneous sampled, is sequentially stored to the FPGA dual-port RAM through ADS1210 serial interface. Then the data is sent to the designated software for processing through the serial port.(2) In order to ensure the synchronization of signal acquisition, the AD acquisition control module which can control three-way parallel AD simultaneously operate through the chip select signal is designed.(3) In order to obtain the performance of data acquisition module, high-precision voltage source is selected. The following are the conclusions. Three-way analog signals in the(-5V, 5V) voltage can be simultaneously collected. It can achieve 0.0002 V of sampling accuracy with 200 Hz output speed.In this thesis, the data acquisition system module has the advantage of highly integrated, programmable, low-cost and abundant I / O port resources, etc. So the external circuit and overall power consumption are reduced. The later upgrade is more convenient. In addition, different analog signal can be collected through set different parameters. In theory,eight-way signals can be collected simultaneously with higher transplant in other industrial areas.
