With the development of computer networks and multimedia technology, large amounts of digital image resources are produced every day, effective management and efficient image retrieval algorithms become a research focus. As one of the important technology, Perceptual hash algorithm is in the stage of continuous development and in-depth study. With the massive popularity of mobile Internet and mobile terminal, image retrieval technology on mobile terminal develops faster and faster.This paper focuses on perceptual hash algorithm and completed a set of image retrieval system in mobile terminal based on C/S architecture.The main studies and results of the thesis are listed as following:1. Achieve the relevant principles of perception hash algorithm and study the steps and performance of several classic perception hash algorithm. The classic perception hash algorithm include LSH, p Hash,d Hash and so on. Experimental results show that these algorithm have the disadvantage of weak robustness.2. Achieve the perceptual hash algorithm based on the SIFT features. Existing perception hash algorithm can't resist large rotation attack and illumination, in order to overcome these shortcomings, we study a perceptual hash algorithm based on the SIFT features. Experimental data analysis shows that the algorithm can resist a variety of geometric attacks, image scaling, affine transformation and other attacks.3. Achieve the image retrieval system on mobile terminal based on C/S architecture. We introduced the function of system and the implementation of specific module. We tested the system to prove the feasibility of the system.
