Under the circumstances of the contemporary of China, from the government departments to the various enterprises in our country, people of all walks of life have enhanced the cognition of the importance of logistics informationization. And there is significant that people have been presenting a development of logistics information management platform,and the application of comprehensive or professional logistics information management system.The development of the logistics information management system is a very good prospects for development, under the big trend in the development of global economic integration, especially after the development and popularization of the Internet, people of all walks of life put forward more urgent requirements to the enterprise information management quality. The development of the logistics information management system makes a qualitative change to the management of the enterprise. The diversity of customer,expectations of the quality of service, expansion of service area, efficient management,which prompted the modern enterprise information management becomes the key to enterprise productivity and core competence.The main content of this article is based on the proposed goals and requirements of the enterprise to the logistics information management software,using UML activity diagrams to clarify the system of business processes, and using the system use case diagrams and business use case diagram to model system requirements. After the system function was gradually refined and modular divided, it focuses on the design and implementation of user,vehicles, inventory and order subsystem modules. And the relational model is used as the design basis to design the database, and the most important system data tables are designed.Class diagrams and program flow chart are used for the system to complete the important function modules. In addition, in the system's test session, unit testing case and integration testing case of the system are given. In view of the limitations of C/S and B/S, the CS and BS hybrid structure model has been used in the process of the development of the design.And during the design some technology are used such as the database technology, the Java language, and the corresponding Servlet, JSP and AJAX technology. In view of that the system background server is Linux environment, the shell script is used to invoke corresponding Java program to complete the corresponding work in terms of logical processing and the DAO design pattern is used in the aspect of data processing to simplify the code and enhance the code portability. At the front desk interface, using the JSP and AJAX technology, the data format using JSON type, reduces the burden of the server and enhances the user experience. The building of the system's network is using the network operator's MPLS VPN services, to ensure the safe, fast and reliable communication requirements,and the build of the server clusters ensures the reliability of the system.The system designed by the plan system finally passes the test, and has begun to be used in the application of logistics company, on the whole, which reduced logistics costs, resulted in a better economic efficiency, improved the quality of the service,expanded the service area,made the management more efficient, played a very good control effect on the entire management of the logistics information and enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises.But there is still some loopholes and part of the update is needed. In addition, in the process of system has been applied and the expansion of the company's business at the same time, and constantly new demand produces, which will prompt the system constantly to improve and update.
