With the aggravation of energy crisis, problems such as smog and air pollution, energy saving and emission reduction have become the consensus of the world. In the second half of2012, the state councilallotted the energy saving and emission reduction planning in 12 th Five-Year which explicitly addresses that enterprises need to carry out the activities of energy efficiency benchmarking and then improve the overall level of energy efficiency in China.Hence, establishing an automatic energy efficiency benchmarking system has great significance.Based on the energy management center project of XX building materials group, to the three production lines production and energy efficiency of a branch factory in this group as the background, this paper further study the energy consumption index of cement production process and identify main power consumption and coal consumption in the cement production process as the system KPI(Key Performance Indicator), namely, Key Performance indicators, also formulate the corresponding energy consumption standard, and determine the energy efficiency system for the factory, and complete the energy efficiency benchmarking online work to the production line and the main equipment.Firstly, the paper makes sure energy efficiency system framework based on the factory,and makes the main energy consumption indexes in the cement production as a system KPI,and states the calculation of energy consumption index in detail. At the same time, in the case of reference cement association standards, the corresponding energy consumption standard is formulated.Secondly, under the precondition of the comprehensive analysis of system requirements,the paper determines main function which the the system needs to implement, including data acquisition, classification standard, data storage and management of energy efficiency. Aimed at the factory previous energy efficiency of the work done by artificial statistics, data collection must be carried out by artificial, because of the large amount of data and the data points are spread out, there is big workload, low efficiency, the results accuracy is not high,not convenient for the management of the data and difficult to achieve to mark with energy consumption standard of the problems. System need to implement the automation of datacollection, the precision and fast calculation of energy consumption, and need to implement the classification of data management, as well as the plant energy consumption index and the corresponding energy consumption standards for the operation.Lastly, According to the practical survey results of energy efficiency benchmarking and basic principles for designing software, we rely on Windows and.NET platform, employ C#as development language, use Visual Studio 2012 and SQL Server 2012 to develop the energy efficiency benchmarking for cement enterprises.The system is tested and applied in the practical project. Experiments show that the system reachs the anticipated goal, achieves good performance and meets the requirements for the practical project.
