The topic of object is the design and realization of "mobile Internet" e-learning platform, the application of phone is the use of the Objective-C language written and the database is the use of a better understanding of My SQL relational database, the application of phone supports Andriod system and IOS system, it is based on the model of interactive questions and answers between students and teachers, students not only post the text of question, they can also post their question in the form of pictures, after, the teacher answers the questions. Teachers can get gold coins and points. Gold coins can converted into real income, as integral to upgrade the standards adopted, such as a way to encourage more teachers to answer questions. The end customers are teachers and students end side. Teachers client is responsible for receiving student's questions, meanwhile, real-time answers to student's questions, so that students will be able in a very short time to solve the problem. This way can improve student's the effectiveness of learning, students not noly can describe the problem, but also know the solution to the problem, other students can query the problem, but also by the client before the issues raised by the review. Development of "Mobile Internet" e-learning platform to help students and teachers to complete the task of learning better and to improve learning efficiency, improve the existing old-fashioned learning mode.The main contents for the development of meaning presentation "Problem Courier" online learning platform is to some of the key technology to do a brief introduction, through research resulting demand analysis, design and implementation needs analysis carried out under the system points module design, analysis of the feasibility and importance of online learning platform, including an overview of the "mobile internet" e-learning platform, design and implementation. Specific technical difficulties will be set forth in the detailed design. In the end of the paper, we show the implementation of the system and some of the key code, and finally the system functional testing to ensure high quality of this system.
