Research On Shift Manipulator Of Transmission Line Test

Transmission is an important device of the vehicle drive system and offline detection is an important part of transmission product development.As an crucial component of transmission offline detection test-bed,shift mechanism mainly applies to detected property of shifting,as well as reduce workers' test-work and improve production efficiency.Based on the gearbox delivered test technology,in addition aiming at the need and the shortage of equipments of manual gearbox delivered test,this thesis focuses on the design and implementation of automatic shifting manipulator in transmission offline detection test-bed.In the first part,the paper analyses and studies the current situation of the transmission test bench and shifting manipulator at home and abroad,according to the practical shift requirements and inexpensive,a design plan of 5-DOF manipulator on account of Cartesian coordinate is proposed.Besides,with designing the manipulator's mechanical structure,as well as through the key components of the finite element analysis and the test bench virtual motion simulation,it can availably solve problems as curve shifting or shift gear position calibration etc.Secondly,according to the principle of transmission shifting and the experiment technological process,we analyze the control system's general function of the manipulator,then decide the control scheme of system.By studying and designing the various parts of its hardware systems and the related technology,the establishment of the hardware system is completed.Finally,the design of host computer's operation interface and the control procedure is completed in the environment of LabWindows CVI,it achieves human-computer interaction and automatic shift operation.At the same time,without any construction changes in the transmission,the shift manipulator can be used for the other different transmissions in the detection of offline,only need to be choosing the types of transmissions and relevant procedures in the software.With installation,debugging and running,the whole design and control plan of shift manipulator is reasonable,as well as satisfied with design requirements,we can use automatic shift manipulator instead of manual shifting completely,with compact construction,convenient operation,accurate position accuracy,safety,reliability and stable system operation.
