The composition of control system If the auto has a synchronizer, it will ride smoothly, handle easily and decrease the driver's exhaustion. In order to test the synchronizer's capability and the life span, it needs a testing system. According to the demand, this system should test some parameters including the force for choose shaft,the shaft's locomotive route,the synchronizer's torsion,the synchronizer's rotational speed,the lubricant temperature,the synchronizer's life-span and the capability etc. This control system include the changeable electromotor,the system that driving the hydraulic pressure,the force pump,some sensors,the converter and the industrial computer etc. The analysis of control system This task had developed the computer control system for the testing system The system drive the manipulator with the hydraulic pressure for simulate the process of changing shaft. According to the movement of the manipulator, the movement can be called selecting and changing shift. The sensor of displacement tests the position, according the principle of lever to know the position of control lever. According the analysis of movement, we know the relationship of the sensor of displacement and angle and the displacement of the center of weight. The analysis show the principle fact for the movement change from three to two. And it collect signals from all kinds of sensors, how to analyze them for evaluate the ability and reliability of the testing synchronizer. This control system include the changeable electromotor,the system that driving the hydraulic pressure,the force pump,some sensors,the converter and the industrial computer etc. we use hydraulic pressure system to control the lever. We neglect some facts and improve some facts, according the no changeable principle and the balance of force, we get the relationship between the position which been forced and the position which been display. We know what would affect the useful of system. in order to make control effect well, we use PID. The comparison, integral calculus link increased the system gets the accuracy; The exportation signal of the differential calculus link can comparison a function for reflecting importation signal, can still comparison ground reflecting importation signal leading number( variety rate), therefore, being controling system outputting in the increment, combining direction superly adjusting direction development, differential calculus link be on time the variety " forecast" trend, the control system advance the system move to let up super adjusting, from and also shortened transition process time. In order to simulate the work of automobile, we use rotor to get the force. In order to control the rotor, we use transducer to change the frequent of rotor. This closes to the communication between RS232 to RS485. How to work The controlling principle of the hydraulic pressure: this system uses the servo-system. When the microcomputer is send out a voltage, this voltage is transformed electricity through D/A transducer and driver the manipulator with the hydraulic pressure. in order to make the manipulator similar to people's hand ,we add PID in the control system. The process of testing system includes some steps. At first, the electromotor rotated according to the demand. Secondly, the hydraulic pressure drives the manipulator to change shaft. Meanwhile, the microcomputer records the experiment's number and the signal that the sensors send out. The signal exports through the chart form or the digital form. When finishing all demanding circulation, electromotor will stop, the manipulator regain original location and the test finish. The software of the system...
