With the rapid development of science and technology, a higher demand has been taken to modern digital servo system response speed, tracking accuracy and stability. Servo system will be disturbed by several different torque, such as friction torque, impact torque, unbalanced torque, and etc.These interferences will do damage to the servo system's dynamic performance and static performance. Therefore, simulating different loads in reality, testing the effect of various load torque on the servo system'stability, speed and accuracy, is most important to improve the overall performance of the servo system.The main content of this paper is that of the intelligent load system for a servo system. This paper introduces the development and current situation of the servo load technology at home and abroad, describes the effect of the various kinds of interference torque on the servo system's dynamic performance and static performance, and on this basis to determine the overall design of loading system.This paper completes the loading system's software and hardware design. In the software, the PC control software is developed using VC++, which achieves the real-time load of two-channel signals, communicating with Internet, and solving the synchronization between real-time transmission of data and the curve drawn using multi-threaded mutex mechanism. The interface of the control software is generous, friendly, easy operation, and functional; in the hardware, the load control circuit is designed, DSP TMS320F2812 as a core, which achieves real-time loading curve'data accurately, communicating with the host computer and acquiring speed signal.Finally, the loading system is debuged, and the accuracy of the load signal output is verified, which proves the design of loading program feasible and reliable. The loading system can achieve effective load, it provides a reliable experimental means to further improve the overall performance of a servo system a reliable guarantee for the quality control algorithm.
