Social network has become the most significant media of information communication at present, Weibo is one of the most renowned platform of social network. In Weibo, information is communicated through a multi-layered network of “following” and “being followed” among users. With its development, people's lives have been impacted constantly, which makes interpersonal communication more frequently and has great commercial value. As a consequence, this thesis chooses it as an object of study. In recent years, there are many studies about weibo network, but their work did not fully describe the cahracteristics of weibo network.So the improved SIR model is suggested in this study, and the propagation characteristics of weibo network are well studied,which helps us to better understand the inherent rules of microblogging network about information dissemination The main content of the article is as follows:1. Based on complex network theories and combined with real data from Weibo users, through calculating network statistical property, so as to verify the relation between Weibo and the complex network.2. Analyzing the process of information commuication in Weibo to clarify that it mainly depends on shares among users. Furthermore, according to its composition and referring to epidemic model, in order to build a Weibo communication model.3. Simulations are taken under different network structures, initial communication nodes and threshold values so that the various trends of information communication in Weibo can be compared. The results are adapted to explain some existing phenomena in Weibo to prove the efficiency of the model.The study of the process of Weibo communication in this passage is able to explain its rules, which enables people to have a better understanding of the features of Weibo, and then dig out the potential advantages as well as secure more research and application value from it.
