This paper improves the servo system of BDS4P thin blue-ray optical head. The focusing error signals and the tracking error signals are vital to obtain high quality disc information, they are use to track disc vibration and track disc eccentricity. The used servo systems have their advantages and disadvantages, for solve the disadvantages, there must be some compensating design. In order to solve this problem, a new servo system must be designed.In this paper, the servo system is improved through parameter optimization of PID controller, the determination of the actual follow error and fix the instruction value glossy that can solve the problem of flare mobile. The other part is the servo system, the EDPP method is improved to adapt to ultra-thin optical head. I also development the ICT equipment, make the circuit board of check equipment and design a test method of the disc read time between the laser receiver and video adapter plate through the level difference of black and white, the operation is easy enough to widely used in disc testing.After the examination, the design is proved effective and also lower the cost. Now it has put into used.
