Along with development of information technology at very fast speed, there is a increasing demand for the capacity of information data storage. Three-dimension optical data storage catches people's attention more and more as a way of improving capacity of information data storage.This project is supported by National Natural Science Fund of China (No.50275140, No.50335050). To achieve higher data storage capacity and be compatible with CD/DVD's system, this thesis buildes a two-photon three-dimensional optical data storage system which is compatible with CD/DVD system, and carries through research on key technology of two-photon three-dimension data storage, based on current mature servo technology of focusing and tracking and adopting writing of two-photon absorption and readout of one-photon confocal or two-photon. Because of nonlinearity of two-photon absorbance, it's an effective way to solve disturbance between layer and layer by using two-photon writing and readout, accordingly to improve the ability of anti-jamming layer by layer. The means of the confocal readout posses of three-dimensional resolving power more strong, synchronously avoids the information's disturbance between layer and layer, and gains higher signal-to-noise ratio. The chief content of this thesis research includes several aspects as follows:First, based on technologies of two-photon absorption and CD/DVD servo, build a two-photon three-dimension optical data storage system, which includes:the control acousto-optical modulation device, the application of servo system of CD/DVD, the system of fluorescence confocal read-in and readout, the control system of voice-coil motor, abstraction and transfer of focusing and tracking error signal, the realization of the summator circuit, the system of the detection of fluorescence signal et al.. And proceed the check of two pick-up head's synchro error, experiments approve that in a given condition two pick-up head's synchro error basically accords with desire that two pick-up head's synchro error is less than 2μm for two pick-up head three-dimension optical data storage system working well.Secondly, the three-dimension optical storage spots are in the storage material, so the beam of light passes through two different media (such as air and storage material) in writing three-dimensional information, influences optical aberration and storage effect. So set up the model of the optical storage system, in the condition of parallel flat, deduces via wave aberration function, gets five primary Seidel aberration: spherical aberration, coma, astigmatism, field curvature, and distortion, and simulates and analyses on the primary aberration in two case of level and tilted storage material; analyse each optical parameter of system effect on optical aberration and storage impression of refractive index mismatch in the theory and experiment. Carry through the theory research on compensation of aberration induced by refractive index mismatch by using Zernike polynomials, and analyse compensation method.Thirdly, analyse the absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of a novel photobleaching material consisting of stilbene derivant, and on the three-dimension optical data storage system, carry out two-photon write-in and readout experimental study of binary format code, realize three layers optical data storage, the two adjacent bits distance in each layer is 4μm and the two adjacent layers interval is 15μm, The signal intensity of the written information was readout and identified with Matlab software, and the identified result matches with the written binary format code. And carry through research on the storage performance of a novel microexplosion material consisting of a PMMA block doped with Ce(DBM)3Phen in detail, realize four layers optical data storage,the two adjacent bits distance in each layer was 4μm and the two adjacent layers interval was 16μm.Fourthly, generalize the research content and chief innovation of this thesis, and expect the future direction of three-dimension optical data storage.The above-mentioned work provides the foundation for the industrialization of three-dimension information storage in the future.
