With the progressing of the Science and Technology, A greate shock was brought about in the traditional power system by the new management style and the characteristic of technology.The enterprise information automation management of power system had been put forwad and put into effect many times in partial areas.So it is nessary to build a integrated and automated information gathering and sharing platform to centralized collection and processing the data of generation,transformation,distribution and low pressure standard,and based on these the energy manage system which is able to control generation and transformation is very necessary.As the gradually degree of difficulty of centralized power generation in large scale power system,it is more and more difficult to commit requirements about high-quality electric energy of customers,on the other hand the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.The traditional mode of power generation has greate damage to the environment and is very inefficient,So the distributed generation had been put forward to solve the problem of traditional mode. But the distributed generation had the shortcomings such as strongly intermittent, obvious difference feature of sources, hard to control and so on. Hence some experts put forward the concept of Micro-Grid.The Micro-Grid was put forward mainly to solve the defects of distributed generation,which was made up of distributed sources,energy storage devices, energy supply services,loads and so on,it could be connected to the power grid.In the working of power grid,the monitoring of data in EMS was very important.With the progressing of technology,the power system had developed rapidly and the system was bigger and bigger,it made higher requests to EMS on data processing ability and longtime running stability and cost of running. So far EMS at here and abroad used the relation database system mainly,for it's widly used in software project and very available and reliable.However, after long time running the traditional database system's performance was very bad,and couldn't meet the high speed read and write requirments of energy system,so the main memory database system was put forward to improve data processing speed in system,even though there was some researchs on memory system at home but most of them are at the theoretical stage or small trials and no molding products.This article based on the open source databse fastdb and made some improvements in its data distribute algorithm,compared with the original database our databse had the advantages ofhigher speed and we put forward a distributed design scheme of memory database.Based on the CIM extension rules and the feature of micro grid we extended the CIM and designed our CIM modules,and we used the IEC61850 modules also to design our internal modules to make our system more global.Finally,according to the functional requirements provided by the staff of the ShenZhou power station,we worked out a EMS and designed the software architechture and completed the project with the design scheme,and carried out tests to prove its high efficiency and high speed performance,and we made full use of the EMS in a actual project,through it we proved the practicability and stability of the design scheme.
