As a future 4G storage technology, TD-LTE is of high performance and distinct characteristics, with its many advantages in the rat, time delay and spectrum. Based on the network, TD-LTE can deploy technology TDD polymerization scattered spectrum resources, improve the utilization of the resources, and provide users with rich and colorful mobile Internet business. Besides, it has the bright future in that it has already started its business it in many countries. China Mobile is the enterprises appointed by our government to uphold the work of the TD-LTE network construction. By the end of 2015, it has spent nearly two years of large-scale construction of TD-LTE network, to achieve the goal of continuous coverage of TD-LTE network through provinces, cities, counties and townships, as well as a hot cover of large administrative villages, important tourist scenic areas and high-speed rails, highways.With the expansion of network scale and the increase of the number of users, many problems are being faced in the process of network construction optimization. As the depth of coverage, many scenes are lack in means, and large traffic scene users produce impact on the network. Finally, base station and antenna type are relatively small, and can not fully meet the needs of various scene constructions. Under such kind of situation, many problems need to be solved, including the power consumption of the terminal in different network traffic, signaling of big differences, rapid growth, change the volume, flow model of signaling storm highlighted.This paper focuses its study on the wireless network, core network and terminal area, through the pilot of new products, new equipment in the control of cost, with the purpose of solving the weak coverage problem as well as improving network performance, by optimizing the background network parameters.The wireless network research takes its study from the view of coverage, capacity, product and network integration to solve the problem of network coverage with high power and high gain 16T16 R RRU, smart antenna, enhanced dense urban indoor coverage along with using full Gebao, PicoRRU and Nanocell, the multi carrier aggregation, uplink multi-user MIMO downlink CoMP etc. in order to improve download speed and network performance. The use of multi band Band41 applications and the expansion of network capacity and other issues could provide technical guidance and accumulated experience for the future construction, network maintenance and optimization.In the core network field, the model of traffic flow model, quantitative analysis and automatic tool are used to predict the real-time charging interface model to control the signaling storm and improve the performance and stability of the device.The terminal area is studied by the terminal itself, business application and network parameters. By modifying the new technology of the uplink power control parameters and envelope tracking(ET), the terminal power consumption is reduced, and the terminal is extended.Through all aspects of the research, the important research results are applied to the Gansu mobile, and finally, significant effects are achieved.
