This article chooses Net Ease News(especially the Net Ease News in PC terminal) as studying subject, and pointed that Netease and Sina, Sohu has a common feature in the news production,NetEase under the guidance of "with attitude" philosophy persisted own unique editorial policy.This paper further analyze the reasons for the formation of policy Netease news editor, this paper pointed out that at first the Net Ease News which has industry and m edia attribute has copied American portal sites established model and has been influen ced deeply by western journalistic professionalism. At the same time, NetEase News have to operate in Chinese characteristic News system. The profitability of Net Ease N ews depends on advertising revenue which transformed from users' clicks. But over-p ursuing pagehits tends to run counter to professional ethics. Thus how to balance the r elationship of pagehits assessment and social responsibility become a pain point in the development of NetEase News. Especially with the mobile Internet rising and portal websites declining, greater pressure is being put on Net Ease News.Because of various pressures, journalism anomie inevitably came out in NetEase News. It includes the complaints about the title party with public, news infringements,and the vulgarization of news and false news spreading. All that is a great test of Netease News, so for solving these problems, this paper put forward two pertinent suggestions in how to strengthen the tightness of audience and enhance the brand recognition. On the one hand, Netease News should enrich and develop its “with attitude” content and to create differences in fierce market competition. On the other hand, Netease News have to combine with News applications and to perfect the user service system, and then to achieve the coordinated development between PC and mobile terminal.
