CRM is the abbreviation of Customer Relationship Management. With the evelopment of 4G mobile,the CRM as import role enterd to the smart phones area.The WeChat as a kind of popular chat tool which belong to Tencent already have high percent inmobilephone systems. Some company put WeChat public account as a important customer servive way such as millet company. So, some company planning to provide service for their custormer use one mature IT technology to develope CRM system in current. In this dissertation,the development situaition of CRM system will be detailed descripition.Then introduce the whole development process use classic Waterfall development model. In the meantime, it also introduce the technolgy in this development. Spring is the core technology in this system.Spring is a good compatible Integration container IJSP and JQUERY.The whole system is goog layered View, Control, Modle by Spring MVC.Business and modular are separated clearly. Thedevelopment process increase quickly and reduce difficult of development. ORACLE is responsible for connect database and Mybatis.Then the Feasibility analysis of system will be analysised in many aspects. Include databasedesign, process design and module function design. In the last stage of development process is Test.The user demand is satisfied or not will be test in this stage. On the other hand,We need to check when numerous user access this system in the meantime. This system is handled or not. If this system through all test. The CRM system is successful. The whole structure of this dissertation is from requirement analysis, summary design, detail design, system development, system Test to the end. Finally, This CRM sysytem achieve the intended objectives and a CRM system mobile process with J2EE structure.After system online, this system will servive curstomer and earn the high loyalty of curstomer. Also is a good achievement in the company's future.
