As the popularity of the mobile Internet and the Smartphone, the way people handle affairs is now shifting from offline to online. Lots of affairs in daily life can be accomplished by using a mobile phone, such as: the application form for signature, online booking tickets and change tickets, unlocking and so on. So this thesis designs and realizes a safe, efficient and stable mobile authority and verification system to complete the corresponding functions. The biggest advantages of this thesis lies in using the near field communication function(NFC).Through analyzing the characteristics of the existing mobile authority and verification system and combining the system requirements with NFC, this thesis proposes a new software and hardware design. At first, this thesis studied the key technologies of system use, and then makes a brief overview about the application scenarios and the functions of the system, determining the composition of the system and selecting the software and hardware working platform, on which determines the overall design scheme of software and hardware, and then designs authorization and verification agreements for the system's security. And finally makes the system function realized by coding.All the software and hardware of this system are designed and realized by modular design method. The mobile authority and verification system are composed of the Android client, authorization servers, the verifying client, authentication servers and the intelligent lock. The communication between the Android client and authorization servers, the verifying client and authentication servers is based on SSL(Secure Sockets Layer), and the SSL just verify the server, so this system use challenge-response mode to verify the client. The communication between the Android client and the verifying client, or the Android client and the intelligent lock is realized by P2P(peer-to-peer) of NFC, and this communication mode can also ensure the security. The intelligent lock selecting the NXP's PN532 as the communication chip of NFC; selecting the STM32 chip of the kernel ARM-M as the controller of NFC; and selecting Easy ARM-i.MX283 A development board as the intelligent lock's controller.This thesis has performed function tests and performance tests after finishing all the modules, and the tests show that the system is perfect in function, good in performance.
