Design And Implementation Of Apartment Intelligent Lock Management System

In recent years, the apartment industry is developing very rapidly by the double concern of the investment and market demand. The apartment market has grown in size and many practitioners of traditional hotels have joined the business. However, the room of apartments is more scattered than traditional hotels. With the increase in the number of apartment rooms, the attendant problem is the management of apartment rooms and door locks is becoming increasingly difficult. Apartment managers usually purchase traditional door lock management systems to manage rooms and locks, but the traditional door lock management system due to hardware constraints generally stand-alone mode, can not be managed through the network, apartment managers still need to spend more manpower and time. As a result, apartment managers are in desperate need of a door lock management system that can manage rooms via the Internet.The main work of this paper includes:(1) Combining wireless communication technology, Internet cloud system development technology and traditional electronic door lock hardware, designing and realizing intelligent door lock management system solution which can control the door lock hardware remotely through the Internet;(2) Improve SimpliciTI communication protocol to enable single gateway to communicate with multiple locks and optimize wakeup mechanism. In ensuring the efficiency of communication on the basis of effective hardware equipment to reduce power consumption and extend service life;(3) Using the Kafka message system technology to realize the high-throughput and high-efficiency communication control module to improve the efficiency and stability of the system and ensure the high performance of the system under the high concurrency;(4) Using password policy algorithm and technology to achieve the system in the case of off-network power can still provide room and door lock service to enhance the user experience.This paper designs and realizes the intelligent door lock management system for the apartment industry, which involves the intelligent door lock hardware and door lock management system in the Internet environment. Apartment managers can access and use the system on any Internet-connected PC, mobile phone, tablet, etc., to help apartment managers manage apartments and locks at any time and place, improving operational efficiency, reducing management costs and improving apartment revenue.
