The research background of this article for a photoelectric tracking project, the project intends to adopt compound axis control system.In the process of earlier research lab colleagues, found that the compound axis control system is always present in all forms of external disturbance, and nonlinear problem, has adverse effect on the performance of tracking system.Therefore, the focus of this article is focused on dealing with the outside interference and the system nonlinear problems.In this paper, the research focused on the structure of the composite axis servo control system, the coarse tracking system sensitivity analysis and optimal control. The main research contents have the following points. First, analysis of compound axis control system characteristic, familiar with the working principle of the coarse and fine tracking system and the performance index requirements, by changing the bandwidth than the method of coarse and fine tracking system to observe the system for different frequency interference suppression effect; Second, sensitivity analysis was carried out on the coarse tracking system main sine signal, to establish the mathematical model and the coarse tracking system design correction network to improve the system characteristics, thus further suppress external interference, and verified the simulation, at the same time, try to adjust correction network key parameters, the brief analysis of the change of the simulation results and observation system; Third, to explore the application of state feedback of modern control strategy optimization theory to improve the system tracking precision, the simulation study, optimization method can be in coarse and fine composite shaft system bandwidth than the same circumstances, the system of nonlinear factors and delay system has good control effect, reduce the delay backlash nonlinear factors and system to the influence of coarse and fine joint tracking precision.In this paper, sensitivity analysis part is the theory and simulation, the conclusion;Optimal control aspect, as a result of the analysis process is too complicated, this article conclusion from the simulation analysis.
