As the high frequency and high density development trend of active antenna, the electrical performance of antenna system is influenced by its manufacturing defects and structure parameters. How to choose right technological parameter to improving electrical performance of active antenna remains to be solved. So, this paper mainly studies the inversion theory of manufacturing defect and technological parameter.Firstly, this paper studys the inversion based on learning regression and inversion based on optimization identification. Then the merits and faults of two kinds of inversion method are analyzed, so that the right kind of inversion method is choosed in inversion analysis of manufacturing defect and technological parameter.Secondly, in view of vertical interconnection structure of active antenna, the influence mechanism of the miamatch between layers of vertical interconnection structure on its electrical performance is studied. Then, a inversion model of electrical performance of vertical interconnection structure to its mismatch is established based on learning regression inversion. Then, a experiment is designed to verify the model, and the results show that the prediction relative errors of inversion model is within 15%, so as to verify the accuracy of the inversion model. Finally, in view of the electromagnetic simulation model of high density active antenna transceiver circuit is hard to set up, an establishment method of circuit equivalent radiation modeld based on optimization identification inversion is presented. And a digital microwave channel transceiver circuit working at 3.25 GHz is taken as an example, then the circuit of the equivalent radiation model is established. The radiation field of equivalent radiation model is analized compared to original circuit model, the analysis results show that the near field relative error of the two models is within 5%, and the far field of two models is close to overlap on the top of the circuit board, which illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed inversion method.
