Temperature is one of the most important parameters to determine the state of matter, its measurement and control is very important in defense, military, scientific experiments and industrial and agricultural production.Flame temperature monitoring is an important project to monitor the boiler furnace, which has great significance for the security, stability and the economy operations as well as to adjust the boiler combustion optimization. In the boiler, the combustion flame is uneven, skewed, etc. are a major cause of the accident, while the flame temperature measurement and monitoring is to ensure safe operation of boilers, establish combustion management measures. In industrial production, thermocouple is in general use for boiler temperature detection and use industrial furnace combustion TV to monitor, but they have its own limitations in temperature field monitoring and testing. Thermocouple structure is simple and reliable, but it has a time delay, high temperature measurement cannot be applied, easily oxidative deterioration, cannot be measured and displayed within the limitations of the furnace temperature distribution. Temperature industrial television cannot be quantitatively analyzed.The inversion method of industrial flame vertical temperature field based on multi-spectral radiation is proposed in this paper. The light of flame passes through the optical system and is decomposed in different wavelengths. After that it is measured by the photodiodes and intelligence data card. And I use the computer to invert the vertical temperature. The levenberg-Marquardt method is used for improving the neural network and designing a BP network for temperature measurement. Finally, I built the system according to the proposed method, using C++to write software, and do some related experiment. In the experiment, the vertical temperature of power plant boiler is successfully performed. This method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional methods of temperature measurement, and to ensure the temperature measurement accuracy.
