With the rapid development of the cause of China's satellite navigation, control and support integrated subsystem becomes more and more authentic, comprehensive and flexible. Control and support integrated subsystem requires real-time monitoring and controlling on a large number of cabinets, which is characterized by complex functions, interfaces and a variety of operating modes. Design and construction of time-frequency monitoring software determines the reliability and efficiency of the control and support integrated subsystem. Therefore, relevant technical research on time-frequency monitoring lay a foundation on the establishment of efficient, reliable, flexible monitoring software and complishment of monitoring, management and data transmission security services in the software to ensure that internal components of control and support integrated subsystem form a complete organic whole, and that work at a reasonable and reliable way. At last the control and comprehensive security subsystem to serve the Beidou navigation system more effectively.In order to implement the real-time monitoring and controlling function of time-frequency monitoring software, the paper analysises and designs the software from system requirements, software analysis, system implementation and software testing aspects. In the requirements analysis section, according to characteristics between each function, the overall demand on software is described. Through the in-depth analysis of surveillance requirements for the software, the software should have the authentication, data reception device control, interface display, data storage, alarms, log management, system time settings, atomic clock switching functions. In the design and implementation section, taking the module as unit, the software architecture is described in details. In design process, based primarily on the standard principle of high cohesion and low coupling, taking software scalability and stability as the begining, the paper extracts public functions and methods to achieve high repeatability code. In the last part of software, test is carried out from functional and performance aspects respectively. Functional test shows time-frequency monitoring software meets the needs of control and comprehensive security subsystem to achieve the demand analysis of the nine features; and performance test results show the time-frequency software prosesses fast response, high reliability and good stability.Time-frequency software is mainly written in C# language, and software interface is designed with WPF framework.NET platform and ADO.NET design patterns as well as network programming technology. Software uses a multi-threaded architecture, which provides faster response speed of the program and independence of each other-task. A lot of testing of time-frequency monitoring software is completed to determine the final technical solution which allow the software being simple and details on the overall efficiency. The software implements the cabinet device control commands and status online interface display, real-time test receiving system setup and management software issues a standby atomic clock switching instruction, and instruction processing give back to the test task management software. In addition, time-frequency software also has data storage capabilities, and you can receive data stored in the database and display the source code. These functions have been basically completed the verification, and high concurrency and data security have been reliably verified, to meet the demand on the basis of improving the friendship, stability and simplicity of the software.
