According to the 36 th China Internet Network Development State Statistic Report that published by China Internet Network Information Centre(CINIC) and Tencent Performance Report of 2015, the users number of China mobile Internet and Wechat are continue increasing in these years. The huge users bring endless motivation to the development of WeChat and WeChat public number. There are 8 million active users for WeChat public number and 0.549 billion for WeChat, the stability and healthy of WeChat communication ethics space, have deeply influence the sustained and steady development of the whole mobile internet space; and also have great influence on people's lifestyle, way of communication and mode of thinking.This paper analyzes the development status of mobile internet and WeChat, to illustrate the importance of the study on communication ethics anomie of WeChat public platform. Based on the research results of ethics, internet communication ethics and new media communication theory, this paper demonstrates the ethics anomie phenomenon that exists in WeChat public platform, such as over-marketing, false information, pornography and rumor message, reprocessing-infringement acts and so on. And finding out the reasons why these anomie phenomenon appear from the perspective of propagation mode(disseminator, communication channel, and audience), the theory of utilitarianism and deontology in ethics. In order to solve the anomie problems that emerges in We Chat Public platform, this paper argues that methods should be taken three aspects into consideration: detailing the legislation of WeChat, perfecting the function of marking, auditing and reporting in WeChat public platform, improving the moral and ethical qualities of WeChat users. And beside this, industry self-regulation, enterprises self-discipline and heteronomy are also necessary. Only with strict and specific legal system, deterrence of penalty could be formed to regulate those anomie behaviors in We Chat public platform; also only with improving the moral and ethical qualities, resistibility of temptation in users' thoughts, it would be no space for those spam.This paper is divided into three main parts: introduction, main body, and epilogue. The introduction presents the topic value, research method, research status and innovation point, difficulty of this paper. And the main body could divide into four parts. The first part introduce the basic conception and theory of WeChat public platform and communication ethics; the second part is the main body of this paper, it analyzes the new propagation mode of ethics anomie phenomenon that exists in WeChat public platform, such as health information,nonstandard usage of language, pornography and rumor message, over-marketing, fraud and tort. The third part, this paper analyses the reasons of ethic anomie from the perspective of propagation mode and utilitarianism of ethics; and figure out the specific reasons in three aspects: WeChat public platform, laws and regulations and users. In the last part, this paper lists some specific and targeted measures to solve these problems. And the next is the epilogue, this paper summarizes the reasons and problems, and proposes the idea that in order to solve these emerged problems primarily, it needs the cooperation and concession between the subject of operation, developer, users and legal ethics. The process of building a harmonious and healthy communication ethics space of WeChat public platform still need a long way to go.
